The Administrative Department serves as the central hub of Tappahannock’s local government, connecting residents with services and staff. The department includes the Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager/Zoning Administrator, Treasurer, Financial Clerks, Clerk to the Council, and the Assistant to the Town Manager/Communications Manager. Together, this team oversees daily operations, budgeting, planning, and communications, while supporting the Town Council in delivering effective and responsive governance and policy implementation.
