The Town is implementing a temporary adjustment to residential trash collection hours during the summer months to help protect staff from extreme heat conditions.

Beginning June 1 and continuing through August 28, trash pickup will begin at 6:00 AM. All residents must ensure that trash is placed curbside no later than 6:00 AM on collection days.

Residents who place trash out the night before are reminded that all waste must be properly contained in approved receptacles.

Residential trash requirements remain in effect:

• Trash cans must not exceed 33 gallons in size
• All containers must have a secure lid

This seasonal adjustment is intended to improve staff safety and maintain efficient service during peak summer temperatures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
