Old Street Name Signs Available for Purchase Beginning November 9

As the Town of Tappahannock replaces its street name signs, residents will have the opportunity to purchase the old signs for $10 each. Whether it's the street you grew up on or the one you currently call home, this is a chance to own a small piece of Tappahannock's history.

Reservations will open on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 8:30 AM. Signs will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

To reserve a sign, please email Town Manager Steve Wright at swright@tappahannock-va.gov beginning at 8:30 AM on November 9.

Please Note: To ensure a fair opportunity for everyone, reservation requests received before 8:30 AM on November 9 will be disregarded. No early reservations will be accepted.
