Families in Tappahannock and Essex County can sign up to receive FREE books for children under age 5 through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

The program mails a free, age-appropriate book directly to each enrolled child’s home every month at no cost to the family, helping children develop a love of books and reading from an early age.
