A late fee of ten percent of the total outstanding balance will be added to the delinquent bills when payment is not received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date. Ten percent will be in addition to the amount due. All payments received after 4:30 p.m. are processed as the next business day's receipt subject to the ten percent late fee, including online payments and drop box payments. Bills must be paid in full, including the late fee in order to prevent disconnection.

This fee and all delinquent charges shall be collected by the Town Manager prior to reconnecting such owner or user with the Town water and/or sewer system. A one-time waiver of the reconnection fee may be considered for customers who show no prior delinquent history.
