Trash & Recycling
TRASH PICKUP:
Residential Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Commercial Trash is picked up Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Rate: Residential $24.00
Commercial $50.00
Dumpster $90.00
Please put your trash out before 8am on the day of pickup.
If you are a Town of Tappahannock resident and do not have a dumpster at your apartment complex then trash must be put inside a bag and the bag placed in a trash container no larger than 32 gallon can with a lid (to keep critters out).
The Town DOES NOT provide the trash can.
RECYCLE PROGRAM:
Recyclable items are picked up every Thursday. This is a free program and bins are provided by this office.
Only one bin per household.
